For what it's worth, there is - as of now at least - a Fallout 4 Wabbajack modlist that is itself based on a modified Horizon, and which aims to change Fallout 4 into a more roleplaying-focused survival experience. The Wabbajack modlists are usually so big and comprehensive though, that most of the time I feel don't really have need for too many extra mods.
It makes things so much easier, though you do have to know what you're doing and what certain terms mean if you intend to install some of your own mods on top of Wabbajack modlists.
